4.Shipping Time: We will need 2-3 days to prepare your gown, and then ship it out via express service which may take 3-5 working days to your destination. 5.Return & Refund: Any customer have a chance to return the dress back and exchange for another size/color. And she will be responsible of both the return and second shipping charges. If the dress you receive is defective, we will take full responsibility to exchange a new one for you, or full refund.
