First - THE DRESS:
I had to order a second dress because my first had too many alterations needed in a short time. This dress was in my budget but I needed halter straps added. I kept thinking I was crazy to buy a wedding dress online, without having tried it on, but I needed to find something shorter and beautiful - QUICK. I used online chat to ask if they could custom size, add straps, and send me this dress in less than 3 weeks. I took the leap of faith and ordered with rush shipping. I was sooooo happy when I saw my dress. It is GORGEOUS and fits me perfectly. I took my Husband's breath away. He loved the dress. The quality of this dress was pleasantly shocking. I half expected Walmart quality because of the price but got high end quality. Tremendous value! I wish I had a reason to order another dress.
Second - ZOOM BRIDAL:
I wholeheartedly recommend this company. I presented them with a "mission impossible" and they met the challenge with exceptional customer service. The online agent (Susan?) was so very friendly, understanding, and reassuring. She asked me very good questions and assured me they could get the dress to me. I pestered them after 1 week then at 2 weeks after ordering because I needed to have the dress delivered and then be on a plane two days after the promised delivery date. I was anxious. Each interaction with this company left me with confidence and reassurance in their ability and concern for me as a customer. My experience with this company is A+++. They handled my emergency dress situation as if I was family....all during the Chinese New Year when some other Chinese companies close for business. I'm beyond impressed with ZOOM Bridal.
